1. About us

This website is operated by Artisticalchemy LLP (“we”, “us”), Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products and descriptions

Our paintings and traditional wear are Rajasthani-inspired and may include hand-finished and handcrafted elements. We try to display colours and details accurately, but screens differ and slight variations in colour, pattern, size and finish are natural and are not defects. Each product page states the details available for that item.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without notice. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing or stock error and will refund any amount paid. Payment is accepted through the methods shown at checkout, including Cash on Delivery within India where offered. Online payments are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store card details.

4. Orders and cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Information page and are estimates only. International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes and other charges levied by the destination country.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and designs, belongs to Artisticalchemy LLP or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan have jurisdiction over any dispute.
